Our Piano Class offers a lively and well-rounded introduction to music for K–5 students who are passionate about exploring the fascinating world of music and the piano keyboard. Students develop essential musical fluency—including proper hand positioning, note reading, rhythmic accuracy, chord patterns, and basic theory—all while applying these new skills to enjoyable songs. To ensure a seamless learning experience, we supply every child with their own in-class keyboard, a set of headphones, and a lesson book selected for its clarity and student-friendly approach.
Our Ukulele Class is a joyful introduction to music for K–5 students, designed to help young learners begin their musical journey in an accessible and engaging way. With roots in Hawaii, the ukulele is often associated with warmth, joy, and harmony and is especially well-suited for beginners. In this class, students will explore foundational skills including chords, strumming patterns, and fingerpicking techniques, while learning to play and sing along to a variety of familiar songs. Each student will be provided with a ukulele to use during class, creating a hands-on and supportive learning experience.
Our Little Music Anthropologists! program allows students to travel around the world through music, exploring a different country each week. Through singing, rhythm games, beginner instrument playing (ukulele and percussion), and creative art projects, students discover how music connects to culture, traditions, and daily life.
Each class blends listening, movement, playing, and creating, allowing students to experience both musical and artistic expression from different cultures in a hands-on way. The program is engaging and accessible for all levels, and no prior music experience is needed.
